To Kill A Saint edition by Michael Whitman Mystery Thriller Suspense eBooks
Chief's is NOT synonymous with chef's.Is the character Rune or Run...?
I would recount all the punctuation errors, but I am not sure Amazon has the bandwidth to support so much posting.
Let me just post a few gems" for errors:
"He never expected he would die SUCK a horrible death."
"Enrique stepped on Rune's feet, pinning THEN to the floor."
"Trying to help them and make a mends." (A mend is a fix to something - not atonement)
"Rune's eye shot open and his right lanced up meeting Enrique's right wrist mid-air." That be a right tough eyeball...
"Yet Enrique's white lab coat glowed in the FOOL moon."
"On the run, Rune fired A TWO shots and the flapping lab coat." (I kid you NOT, that is the actual sentence...)
I could go on, but it pains me to do so. Thus, I shall stop with the examples.
Past tense /present tense used in same senteence.
-ly not used when should be.
Commas used incorrectly or not at all. Dialogue punctuated incorrectly in many cases.
Implausable love plot device.
Blase' agent - screwing around on the job (literally and figuratively).
I have two more books downloaded by this author. I am unsure that I wish to read them at this point. However, since the money already spent...I may give annother a go, perhaps he has corrected his poor editing work in the others.
The story itself is not horrible, just really hard to enjoy with all the errors.

To Kill A Saint edition by Michael Whitman Mystery Thriller Suspense eBooks Reviews
I really enjoyed Rochin Saint. The descriptive setup of each scene and the multi threaded situations surrounding Rune (main character) kept my interest as I read from one page to the next. The writer did a great job of bridging the readers emotions with the main character reverting back and forth from empathy to killer. The sort line had all the right components of. A great story involving sex, action, environment and of course money. Looking forward to reading the next story by Michael Whitman.
Michael Whitman is an excellent story teller and proved it with "To Kill A Saint". The punctuation and spelling errors were not enough to detract from the story.
The characters were engrossing and the twists and turns kept an exciting cadence to maintain interest. I thoroughly enjoyed this one and read it all in one sitting, you will too.
Great read.
